Difficulty Redeeming Reward Points
UPDATE: This issue has been resolved!
Our developers are aware that some customers are experiencing issues redeeming reward points. If you are trying to redeem points, click the green + to apply points to your cart and it is not working (you do not see the USD value appear beneath the box with a trash can symbol), we apologize!
As our developers are working on fixing the issue, you can complete the order and then submit a support ticket with the order number and amount of points you were trying to redeem. We'll put in a refund request to our accounting department and manually remove the reward points from your account once the refund has been issued.
