What do I do if I requested my password reminder and I still can't log in?

If you don't receive your password reset email within 15 minutes please check your spam folders first. If all else fails, you can submit a support request to us and we can reset your password manually on the back end for you.
  1. Fill out the support form and click submit.
  2. One of our service representatives will respond to your request within 1 business day.
Please note if you submit a request after 4:00pm EST on Friday you will not receive a response until the following business day, which could be Monday or Tuesday if Monday is a holiday.
