Redeemed Points Not Showing on Receipt

UPDATE: This issue has been resolved!

99% of the time, your points were redeemed properly. The confirmation page and email receipt currently show order total only, not the breakdown of payment. Our developers are working on this fix so moving forward the receipt will show the number or points or gift certificate value redeemed and how much you were charged for the remaining balance.

If you have an account with us, you can double-check that your points were redeemed on your order by going to My Account > My Orders and click the edit pencil icon to the left of the order in question. Click on the Payment tab and you'll see the breakdown of points redeemed and amount charged.
